Free delivery is offered on all orders over $800.

Delivery Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all parcels to HK addresses within 48 hours of order, but we do not dispatch at weekends or Public Holidays so some orders may be longer. Kendamil HK reserves the right to cancel and refund orders made to remote areas (including but not limited to Mui Wo, Tai O, Kam Tin on an order-by-order basis.)

Once dispatched orders are usually sent on a next day delivery service but delivery can take up to 5 working days.

Delivery issues:

Please inspect your delivery and packaging promptly. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears tampered with, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, outer carton and shipping label. Please retain the product and packaging and do not return anything without our written instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy for details. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control; this does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
